The sangha meets weekly. I guide a dhamma discussion on the second Tuesday of each month.

"Wellsprings of Consciousness:" Current research into how the brain actually works give new insights into the origins of consciousness, illuminate some of the Buddha’s teachings, and provide new ways to think about meditation. This evening we’ll begin to explore the origins of consciousness in the lower brain and a few of the many implications this has for how we practice.

Sierra Insight Sangha is a meditation group which is focused on practicing together in the Buddhist tradition of Insight Meditation. The sangha is meeting in-person now, every Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Click here for more information.
